Returns As the products are printed on demand and personalised to your size, colour and symbol we do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless the product is misprinted, damaged or defective. In this case please notify us within 5 days after the product has been received and we will arrange a replacement order for you. Customer responsibility As the products you order are customised and printed at your demand, please check your order carefully before ordering. In particular, check the size of the garment in the size chart on the page below the description. Please also read the product description carefully. Once you have placed an order, it cannot be changed and if you make a mistake, we cannot refund your purchase price. We also cannot refund your purchase price if you provide us with an incorrect delivery address or other information that would be incorrect and would affect the non-delivery of your order to your address. We always send the product to the delivery address you specify when ordering. Thank you for your understanding!

Washing instructions To preserve the longevity of your clothing, please wash your garment inside out with similar colours on a 30°C wash. Our clothes are made from the highest quality organic cotton, so please read all the instructions on the product labels for better care. Important: Please do not iron the printed area or tumble dry the garment. Washed and used clothes are not accepted for return. Customer care Above all we want you to be delighted with your order. Shipping costs are shown next to your order when you select your country of delivery. To which countries delivery is possible, see For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date. As our products are printed on demand, there may be a short wait time before your item is dispatched to you. It takes 2 - 7 business days to print the products. Estimated delivery time for most European countries is 3-7 days, Austria 1-2 days, to non-EU countries including the USA 4-5 working days. NOTE: If your purchase is being sent as a gift, please leave the delivery address and the message you want and we will help you to give a pleasant surprise to someone you love. Please check that the delivery address is correct during the checkout process. We will send your package to the address indicated on your purchase or in your email order.
